Discipline shapes every part of life, from health to career. Hereโs a recent example:
I noticed my weight creeping up after I lost track of my eating habits. Normally, I use the MyFitnessPal app to count calories and weigh myself daily at the same time, logging it all in the app (which syncs to my iPhone’s Health app). This daily tracking keeps me accountable over the long term.
But with my YouTube work and content creation taking over, I stopped going to the gym and let my routine slip. Now, Iโm getting back on track:
1๏ธโฃ Tracking calories daily โ sticking to a clear plan.
2๏ธโฃ Building consistency โ every day, every meal.
3๏ธโฃ Simplifying the process โ making discipline non-negotiable.
Once I see progress (usually within 1-3 weeks), the mental reward kicks in, and it gets much easier to stay on track.
๐ก This same approach applies to learning programming, changing careers, or tackling any big goal. Success is about showing up daily, even without immediate results.
